By accessing or using PinForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PinForge is a private content management tool operated for The Cozy Cart Life. It helps authorized operators create, organize, review, schedule, and publish branded content to connected Pinterest accounts, Facebook Pages, and professional Instagram accounts. The service may use artificial intelligence to generate copy and images from content supplied by the operator. PinForge is not offered as a public or multi-tenant service.
PinForge connects to Pinterest and Meta through their official authorization flows. You may connect only accounts, Pages, boards, and professional Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining that authority. Access may be disconnected within PinForge or removed through the applicable platform's settings. Disconnecting prevents future API activity but does not automatically remove content already published on a third-party platform.
PinForge publishes content only after an authorized operator selects a destination and instructs the service to publish immediately or at a scheduled time. The operator is responsible for reviewing the image, caption, link, destination, disclosures, and timing before approval. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs and hosting systems and may be delayed or fail because of outages, rate limits, expired authorization, policy changes, or other conditions outside PinForge's control.

Content published through PinForge may contain Amazon affiliate links. The operator is responsible for ensuring that every publication contains disclosures required by the Amazon Associates Program, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, applicable law, and the destination platform. Automated disclosure text is an aid and does not replace the operator's responsibility to verify compliance.
Use of Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Anthropic, OpenAI, and other integrated services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. PinForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Meta, Amazon, Anthropic, or OpenAI. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not responsible for third-party actions, account restrictions, content removal, API changes, availability, or data handling governed by their own services.
The operator retains responsibility for content supplied to and published through PinForge and must have the rights needed to use it. PinForge does not guarantee that AI-generated output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for publication. Generated output must be reviewed before use.
Our collection and handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for disconnecting social accounts and requesting deletion are available on the User Data Deletion page.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue PinForge or an integration when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons. Access may be terminated for unauthorized or prohibited use.
PinForge is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cozy Cart Life will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or a third-party platform.
We may update these terms as the service or its integrations change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
